.Rodney "Pygoya" Changis an American artist, art critic, psychologist, philosopher, writer, art curator, and dentist. Chang was one of the pioneers and active propagandists of computer art and later — of Internet art. He is a founder and leader of the Webism art movement that unites over 100 artists all over the world. This book contains not only analysis of his art and critical interpretation of his empirical aesthetic theories, but also concepts concerned with the spreading of digital and network technologies in contemporary fine arts. This publication is presented in both Russian and English to accommodate two distinct reading audiences. The two versions are similar but not exactly the same due to the complexities of translating between these two languages. However, the important concepts hold true for both versions. This book is useful for art theorists, psychologists, philosophers, artists, programmers, art historians and students — as well as for anyone who is interested by contemporary art, culture and science.
