There is a Lightning Dragon on the loose! The Dragon Masters have to track it down fast, before someone gets hurt by its sparks!! Carlos, the newest Dragon Master, is the only one who might be able to control the young dragon. But first, the Dragon Masters need to find Carlos! Where could he be? And will he be ready to train a dragon?
