Meet Stubby. He's a stray bull terrier from Connecticut who is adopted by a group of soldiers and whisked off to the front lines of World War I. While the men think Stubby is there just to lift their spirits, he ends up saving them time and again from poison gas attacks and German spies, eventually being promoted to the rank of sergeant!
